A devastating fire has ripped through a holiday park in the Tweed, destroying several properties in the process.
The blaze erupted inside a mobile home at the Homestead Caravan Park in Chinderah around 7.30pm on Wednesday before quickly spreading.
Multiple fire crews were called to battle the flames, which had already engulfed two homes by the time they arrived, with another two badly damaged.
The inferno is believed to have been sparked by an electrical fault, with police confirming it’s not being treated as suspicious.
