Police have made a breakthrough following a terrifying drive-by shooting in Ormeau several months ago.
Home security cameras captured the moment shots were fired at a suburban home in June.
A white car was then captured fleeing the scene, sparking a major investigation to track down those responsible.
Investigators have since tracked down a 31-year-old man near Gympie.
He’s been charged with a string of offences including reckless discharge of a weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon.
The man is due to front court next month.
