Early morning traffic chaos after cars collide on M1

Anyone heading from the Gold Coast into Brisbane this morning is being warned to brace for long delays due to a multi-vehicle crash.

Three vehicles collided northbound at Beenleigh on the Logan River bridge around 5.45am.

Emergency crews are on scene, however there’s been no reports of any injuries.

Motorists are being urged to delay travel or to seek alternative routes with traffic at a standstill in the area.

Southbound drivers are also on the brakes.
