The city’s premier event, Pacific Airshow Gold Coast, is back, with organisers promising this year will be “Bigger, Faster, and Louder.”
Pacific Airshow Gold Coast will return to the skies above Surfers Paradise from August 15 to 17, with tickets on sale to the general public from today.
A record crowd packed the foreshore last year, with even bigger crowds tipped for this year’s event.
Pacific Airshow Gold Coast Director Kevin Elliott said 2025 will bring even more excitement.
“Our aim has always been to bring new experiences to the event each year that eclipse the expectations of our audience, and this year we will have many exciting new additions both on the ground and in the air,” Mr Elliottt said.

Apart from the spectacular aerial displays in the skies above the Gold Coast, organisers are planning an even greater experience on the ground with a brand new STEM zone to inspire and engage young attendees and a reimagined Kids Zone.
This year’s event will see the inclusion of a new and stylish Garden Bar experience on the beach, promising “cool-casual vibes” in the heart of the action which organisers predict will sell out fast.

Other viewing options, including private cabanas and chalets, the Beach Club and Oasis, will also return in 2025.
Pacific Airshow Gold Coast has quickly become the must-see event in the city and has provided a huge economic boost to the city.
Hotel occupancy during last year’s event was up around 95 per cent, with this year’s airshow tipped to pump $33 million into the local economy.
Tickets go on sale from 11am on Wednesday, with single-day tickets starting at just $55.
