LATEST @ March 11 | A man will front court today charged over the alleged stabbing murder of another man in Logan.
Police were called to a carpark on Chambers Flat Road in Waterford West around 6.30pm on Monday following reports a man had been found dead.
A crime scene was immediately established, with investigations leading detectives to declare a second crime scene at a home on Sunline Court in Logan Reserve.
Following ongoing enquiries, police arrested a 33-year-old Beenleigh man.
He was charged with one count of murder and was remanded in custody to appear at the Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.
Investigations are ongoing.
EARLIER @ March 10 | Police are investigating the death of a man in Logan.
The 39-year-old was found unresponsive at a carpark on Chambers Flat Road in Waterford West around 6.30pm on Monday.
Following investigations, a second crime scene was declared at a home in Logan Reserve as police continue to probe the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
A 33-year-old man is also assisting detectives with investigations, with police confirming they do not believe there is any ongoing threat to the public.
Anyone with information is being urged to come forward.
