Four juveniles have been charged, accused of breaking into multiple properties across southeast Queensland while armed with machetes.

The group is alleged to have broken into at least 11 properties across the Gold Coast, South Brisbane and Sunshine Coast last Thursday and Friday.

A Toyota Land Cruiser was allegedly stolen from a home at Alexandra Headland, along with a Hyundai Sonata from a property in Calamvale and a Lexus at an address in Runcorn.

The Toyota and Hyundai were spotted by Police travelling in convoy on the Sunshine Motorway at Sippy Downs at around 11.45pm on Friday night.

Tyre spikes were successfully deployed, bringing the Toyota to a stop.

The occupants are then alleged to have jumped into the Hyundai and fled the scene but were stopped when a second tyre spike was deployed only five minutes later.

Three teenage boys fled the scene again but were taken into custody a short time later.

A fourth teenager was arrested on Saturday night after officers carried out a search warrant at an address in Yarrabilba.

A 15-year-old Yarrabilba boy has since been charged with multiple offences including seven counts of attempted enter dwelling with intent, five counts of enter premises and commit, four counts of attempted enter premises with intent, three counts each of enter dwelling and commit and unlawful use of motor vehicle, two counts each of wilful damage, and one count each of stealing, dangerous operation of vehicle and armed robbery.

He was scheduled to appear at the Beenleigh Childrens Court today.

A 14-year-old Durack boy was charged with multiple offences, including seven counts of attempted enter dwelling with intent by break at night, two counts each of enter dwelling and commit, robbery armed and unlawful use of motor vehicle, one count each of enter dwelling with intent, stealing, wilful damage and dangerous operation of motor vehicle.

He was remanded in custody to appear in the Maroochydore Childrens Court on Wednesday.

A 15-year-old Coomera boy has been charged with multiple offences, including two counts of unlawful use of motor vehicles and one count of face masked, blackened or disguised with intent to commit

He is scheduled to appear at the Maroochydore Childrens Court on Wednesday.

A 17-year-old Boronia Heights boy has been charged with multiple offences, including two counts of unlawful use of motor vehicles and one count of face masked, blackened or disguised with intent to commit.

He is scheduled to appear at the Maroochydore Childrens Court on Wednesday.

Police say investigations are continuing.
