Motorists are being urged to plan ahead if hitting the road on Saturday, with dozens of roads across the Gold Coast to be closed for Anzac Day services and marches.
Tens of thousands of Gold Coasters are expected to attend events across the city on Saturday.
Extra Police will be out and about, and are urging people to act responsibly and respectfully.

Motorists can expect delays and traffic congestion around commemorative sites with road closures in place.
Road closures and approximate timings for events are as follows:
Pimpama: Reduced speed zone from 7am to 10am
- Creek Street (outside Uniting Church)
Coomera: Road closure from 7am to 12pm
- Highland Way to roundabout towards Rose Valley Drive (up to Heatherdale Drive)
Runaway Bay: Road closure from 9.30am to 10.30am
- Sports Drive at Morala Ave intersection
- Part of Morala Ave from Sports Drive to Lae Drive
- Part of Lae Drive from Morala Ave to second entry/exit (east) of the Municipal Library
Southport: Road closure from 4am to 11.30am
- Gold Coast Highway from Nind Street to Ada Bell Way
Surfers Paradise: Road closure from 9.30am to 10.30am
- Beach Road onto Hanlan Street from Remembrance Drive
- Both directions on Surfers Paradise Blvd at Hanlan Street
- The Esplanade both directions from Soul building (north) to Trickett Street (south)
Nerang: Road closure from 5.15am to 6am and 9am to 12pm
- Nerang Street between White Street and Ferry Street
- Lavelle Street between Price Street and Nerang Street
Mudgeeraba: Road closure from 2.30pm to 4pm
- Railway Street from intersection of Mudgeeraba Road to intersection of Swan Lane
- Swan Lane to intersection of The Link Road
Robina: Road closure from 8am to 9am
- Robina Town Centre Drive between Robina Parkway and San Antonia Court
Springbrook: Road closure from 10am to 11am
- Forestry Road to intersection of Springbrook Road
- Springbrook Road closed to Carricks Road
- Carricks Road closed to Springbrook Community Centre
Burleigh Heads: Road closure from 9am to 11am
- James Street, Burleigh Heads between West Street and Connor Street
- Connor Street, Burleigh Heads between James Street and Gold Coast Highway
Currumbin Dawn Service: Road closure from 2am to 8am
- Gold Coast Highway exits to Duringan Street and Pacific Parade
- Woodgee Street and Teemangum Street
- Murraba Street
Currumbin mid-morning march: Road closure from 10am to 11.30am
- Eastbound Duringan Street from Pacific Motorway overpass
- Westbound Duringan Street from Fielding Street
- Thrower Drive bridge and southern Thrower Drive at intersection with Duringan Street
- Fielding Street, Philip Street and Mitchell Ave at intersections with Duringan Street
