Police are investigating a suspicious fire at a business in Burleigh Heads this morning.
Emergency crews were called to Greg Chappel Drive just after 1am, after offenders smashed through the front glass doors of a business and ignited two small fires.
Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the blaze and contain it to the front foyer area.
It caused just minor damage to the structure.
Those responsible are yet to be tracked down, with a search underway.
Police have declared a crime scene at the business, with investigators also looking into whether the arson has any links to recent similar incidents across the Gold Coast.
Detectives are appealing to anyone with information or relevant vision from the area around the time of the incident to contact police.
